Enrollment Procedures
  1. Complete (please print) all the information requested on the ENROLLMENT FORM and return it to the office, along with the following:
    1. Copy of BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

      1. A child must be 2 years old in order to enroll in Preschool 2.

      2. A child must be 3 years old on or before August 1 of the current school year in order to enroll in Preschool 3 and 4 years old on or before August 1 of the current school year in order to enroll in Pre-Kindergarten.

      3. A child must be 5 years old on or before August 1 of the current school year in order to enroll in Kindergarten and 6 years old on or before August 1 of the current school year to enroll in First Grade.

    2. Copy of current IMMUNIZATION REPORT.
    3. Kindergarten, 4th, 7th, athletes and all new students are required to have a completed PHYSICAL.

    For TRANSFER STUDENTS in Grades 1-8, please submit:

    1. AUTHORIZATION TO RELEASE RECORDS form which is available in the school office.

    2. You will be notified regarding your child’s acceptance as soon as all information has been reviewed.

  2. Pay the per child NON-REFUNDABLE ENROLLMENT FEE
    1. 2017 - 2018 Academic year
    2. 2018 - 2019 Academic year
