The Our Savior Lutheran School teaching staff consists of a wonderful mix of new and experienced educators with a wide variety of backgrounds, some having Lutheran Teaching Degrees and others having been live-long Lutherans with appropriate teaching credentials. Our faculty members cherish their ministry, impacting the lives of their students and the children’s families. With a cohesiveness blessed by God, our teachers communicate and share tasks with one another to better serve the children in our care. Using age-appropriate time-honored strategies, our teaching staff enhances the students’ learning through all levels. While the younger children primarily learn through play, the older students experience different modes of teaching in order to accommodate their individual learning styles. As positive role models, teachers at Our Savior help students come to understand the value of supporting one another’s uniqueness, as loved children of Christ.
